This opening is with one of our leading Chemical/Manufacturing client for Pune Location.
Role Overview:
As the HR Strategy and Transformation lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategy to align with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to design and implement innovative HR solutions, optimize HR processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role will directly impact employee engagement, talent acquisition, and overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process optimization, technology implementation, and organizational design.
- Drive workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Manage change effectively by developing and executing change management plans that minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and inform decision-making.
- Champion process excellence initiatives to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
- Partner with HR business partners to provide strategic guidance and support to business units.
- Oversee organization development programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Proven expertise in leading HR transformation initiatives, including process optimization, technology implementation, and organizational design.
- Strong capabilities in workforce planning, including demand forecasting, talent gap analysis, and succession planning.
- Excellent change management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective change management plans.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform decision-making.
- Deep understanding of organization development principles and practices, with the ability to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 12-20 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategy, transformation, and organization development.
