About you
Education:
- MBA (HR) preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to a consulting environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including performance management, policy implementation, data analysis, and process design.
- Proficient in Advance Excel, Power point, with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting
- Effective communication with problem resolving outlook
- High level of attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment with great amount of professionalism
What you'll do?
- Support with performance reviews that drives high performance culture
- Prepare and implement the mid-year and annual PD calendars, prepare base data files, eligibility data, and cycle-specific inputs.
- Maintain and manage PD-related data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to review timelines.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor PD metrics and progress tracking.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to PD processes with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Support with annual compensation benchmarking exercise including coordination with the vendor, analyzing JDs, identifying key roles, mapping market data etc.
- Identify and deploy process automation in partnership with other stakeholders wherever possible.
- Collate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support in driving mentor-mentee program and trainings
