Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with IT recruitment vendors to manage staffing requirements.
- Share job requirements with vendors, track submissions, and follow up on shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer release process and coordinate pre-joining formalities with vendors and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Provide payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management support.
- Support implementation of HR policies, compliance requirements, and audits.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Requirements:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in HR operations with IT recruitment vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, offer management, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and basic compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
