
Role Overview:
The HR Recruiter Consultant - Sales at Hirly will lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across multiple industries. You will identify high-caliber sales talent, manage client hiring needs, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience. This role requires a strong understanding of sales competencies, target-driven workstyles, and performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Recruitment:
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for various sales roles (Inside Sales, BDE, BDM, Field Sales, Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.).
- Drive full-cycle recruitment: job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social platforms, and networking.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Hirly's client partners to understand role requirements and hiring expectations.
- Communicate recruitment progress, market availability, and candidate feedback to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of shortlisted profiles aligned with client expectations.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide candidates with clarity on job roles, expectations, timelines, and next steps.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with talent throughout the hiring cycle.
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain updated candidate data in Hirly's ATS/CRM.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline strength, conversion ratios).
- Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding efforts.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in sales hiring within recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or corporate HR.
- Excellent screening and assessment skills, especially for sales competencies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-7+ years of experience in sales recruitment.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (preferred).
