Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Project Manager HRBP to lead key HR initiatives, manage cross-functional HR projects, and serve as a strategic partner to business units. This dual-role position combines strategic HR business partnering with project management expertise, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1) HR Project Management: - Plan, lead, and execute HR projects across areas such as talent management, DEI, performance management, HR tech implementations, and employee experience. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. - Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to leadership. - Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings into future processes. HR Business Partnering: - Serve as a trusted advisor to designated business units, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. - Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, succession planning, and employee development. - Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. - Resolve employee relations issues, leveraging data and insights to drive decisions. Key Requirements: - MBA/ Post Graduate in HR from premier institute is preferred. - 8 to 10 years of experience in handling Business HR process. - Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill, with ability to work with tight deadlines.
