Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Programme Delivery Lead to support a 12-month HR transformation engagement. The role will work closely with the Acting CHRO and key client stakeholders to coordinate and drive execution across multiple HR transformation workstreams.
The individual will be responsible for translating the HR transformation roadmap into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery of key HR frameworks, processes, policies and organizational solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the HR transformation programme.
- Translate the programme roadmap into detailed activities, timelines, ownership and deliverables.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR frameworks, policies, processes and SOPs.
- Support development/review of organization structures, manpower plans and HR operating models.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, specialist resources and junior consultants to ensure smooth execution of workstreams.
- Conduct HR and workforce analysis, synthesize findings and develop actionable recommendations.
- Prepare management presentations, project updates and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
- Maintain programme governance through trackers, issue logs, action plans, risk registers and status reports.
- Monitor milestones, identify delivery risks and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support implementation of transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across different HR workstreams.
Candidate Profile:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, HR strategy, HR programme management or HR PMO.
- Experience in HR process design, organization design, manpower planning, policy development or HR transformation will be preferred.
- Strong project/programme management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with senior HR leadership / CHRO-level stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment or large-scale HR transformation programme is preferred.
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
This is a 12-month fixed-term consulting role focused on supporting the end-to-end delivery of a strategic HR transformation programme.
