Description:


Position Title: HR Program Manager (only Female Candidate)


Department: Human Resources


Experience: 8-12 Years


Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field


Remarks: Candidates from premium campuses (2016-18 batch pass-out preferred)


Role Purpose:


- To drive strategic HR initiatives across recruitment process excellence, digital transformation, governance, internal mobility, and campus hiring programs ensuring standardized, data-driven, and future-ready Talent Acquisition practices.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and govern the Recruitment Process ensuring efficiency, standardization, and compliance with business needs.


- Drive Digital Transformation & Governance initiatives within HR to enhance technology adoption and process automation.


- Manage Internal Mobility & Job Posting frameworks to promote internal career progression.


- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition Analytics dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making.


- Oversee Campus Hiring & Program Management, including engagement with academic institutions and early talent strategy.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR programs with organizational goals.
