JOB Description Job Location: MANESAR (Near Gurgaon) Working Hours/ Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: - Compliance & Auditory Support: Ensure adherence to labor laws and data privacy regulations with support from the CHR team. - HR Support: Address employee and manager queries on leave, benefits, and HR policies. Support evening shifts weekly and the Jasola office monthly. - Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements for better HR efficiency. - Employee Communication: Effectively communicate policies, procedures, and updates. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee seamless transitions for new and departing employees, including probation management. - Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insights from key HR metrics. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with internal teams and manage vendors for insurance, compliance, and payroll. - Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to HR projects and system implementations. - Policy Management: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring effective communication. - Training & Support: Provide training on HR systems and workflows. - HR Tools Oversight: Manage shared drive requests and support tickets. - Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits, claims, and vendor interactions. - Letters & Background Verification: Handle employee documentation and background checks. - L&D Support: Coordinate ENRICH calendar activities and LMS functions. Required Qualifications: - MBA/PG in any discipline; professional certifications are a plus. - 8-12 years of experience in HR operations. - Proficiency in SAP, Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Proven experience in benefits and retirals management.
