As part of their continued growth and dedication to excellence, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operation and Payroll Lead to join. Position Overview: As an HR Operation and Payroll Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations and payroll processes. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing the end-to-end payroll cycle, implementing HR policies, managing employee data, and supporting various HR initiatives. Your expertise in payroll compliance, process efficiency, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: - Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and legal teams to manage work-related affairs. - Generate and present accurate HR reports, payroll analytics, and other relevant data to support decision-making processes. - Handle payroll queries from employees and address any discrepancies promptly. - Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security. HR Operations: - Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization. - Administer employee benefits programs and support employees with related inquiries. - Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files in compliance with data protection laws. - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews as needed. - Provide support during HR-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications and Skills : - Master's degree in Human Resources. - Proven experience of 10-15 years in payroll processing and HR operations. - Understanding of compensation & benefits from a retail industry standpoint. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
