
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and manage the annual operating budget and office expenditures.
- Handle payroll reporting and support routine accounting, taxation, and financial administration activities.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee administration, recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Coordinate with external accounting, tax, legal, and compliance partners, as well as relevant government authorities.
- Manage administrative functions and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Support office establishment, infrastructure setup, and ongoing operational activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication, reporting, and coordination with global stakeholders.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for business travel, meetings, and local business activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources operations, including recruitment, payroll management, and HR administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the operations of an international subsidiary, branch office, or representative office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and the local language(s), both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid work visa and employment authorization, as required by local regulations.
