As the HR Manager Transformation & Operations/HRBP business, you will play a key role in supporting HR transformation initiatives while managing HR operations. This role requires a strong foundation in HR Business Partnering and HR Operations, with an inclination toward digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support HR transformation projects, including digital initiatives and process automation.

- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Drive operational efficiency across HR processes and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure consistency in policies and practices.

- Manage employee lifecycle processes and resolve operational challenges proactively.

- Contribute to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant:

Experience:

- 57 years in HR with exposure to HRBP, HR Operations, and preferably digital transformation projects.

Education:

- MBA from a recognized institute

- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and transformation frameworks.

Technical Skills:


- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other HR analytics tools is required.

- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational execution.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Preference for diversity candidates.
