About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead mid to senior-level hiring for our fast-growing fashion D2C brand. The role focuses strongly on marketing, growth, and leadership positions and requires someone who can take complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, with a primary focus on marketing, growth, and related business functions.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient hiring processes across multiple open positions.
- Maintain and track recruitment data, reports, and performance metrics to monitor hiring progress and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fashion, D2C, or e-commerce domain.
- Proven experience in hiring for marketing, growth, and leadership roles.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in driving hiring outcomes.
