We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across West Africa. This role will partner closely with business leadership and the global HR team to deliver talent strategies, drive engagement, and support regional growth-including M&A activities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies - Drive talent development, performance management & succession planning - Promote a high-performance culture and inclusive workplace - Lead employee relations and union engagement across the region - Oversee HR operations, data reporting, and transformation initiatives - Support post-M&A integration and organizational design What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of experience in a regional HRBP role, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or healthcare - Proven experience with M&A, HR start-ups, and organizational design - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
