HR Manager Learning & Development
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Experience Required: 3+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong focus on Learning & Development who can design and implement learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and deliver training programs
- Conduct training sessions (behavioral, soft skills, and leadership) for employees across levels
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and stakeholder discussions
- Design and facilitate induction training programs
- Create training materials, presentations, and learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training reports
- Support learning initiatives aligned with Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
- Contribute to employee engagement and capability-building initiatives
- Maintain training documentation, records, and learning progress reports
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Humanities, Psychology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Training & Development / L&D
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
Location & Work Mode:
- Role is based out of Noida
- Candidates should be open to travel as per business requirements
- Role requires working from Office
