We are seeking a HR Manager for a Global Book Publishing House
Job Profile:
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across roles and functions
- Oversee HR Operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation
- Supervise Payroll processing and coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with tact and professionalism
- Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
- Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning
HR Manager Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams and driving HR strategy
- Ability to align HR practices with business goals and organizational growth
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to shape and strengthen culture in a fast-paced, growth-driven legacy organization.
