About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead core HR functions and partner closely with business leadership.


The Manager - HR will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR policy and process development, Performance Management, employee engagement, and driving HR digital initiatives.


The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, stakeholder management capability, and a solution-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment operations for business functions.


- HR Policies & Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks to support business needs.


- Performance Management: Own the PMS cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and capability-building for managers.


- Employee Engagement: Develop and drive engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and employee communication plans.


- HRBP Support: Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR insights, solve people-related challenges, and enhance organizational effectiveness.


- HR Digitization: Implement and manage HR technology platforms, automation initiatives, and data-driven dashboards for decision-making.


- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal HR guidelines.


Requirements:


- 7-8 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.


- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and organizational culture development.


- Experience managing TA, PMS, and policy design.


- Hands-on exposure to HR analytics and HRMS tools.


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to work independently and influence leadership teams
