Advises senior management of ways to improve their own and their peoples’ effectiveness  4. Develops & facilitates the design & implementation of major change programmes  5. Acts as a champion of employee engagement initiatives which are implemented at Territory or Contract level  6. Acts as a catalyst, confronting issues & creating the impetus for timely & continuous change  7. Ensures that profiling of leadership roles is undertaken within their business units and leadership development plans are implemented and owned by the business Directors.  8. Acts as the lead in implementation of Emerging Leaders programme within their business units;  9. Works closely with the operations and program leaders to ensure growth of the contracts is planned and coordinated and resourced effectively  10. Leads and acts in accordance with the Governing Principles of client at all times and is a champion of the Governing Principles within their contracts.  Growth and Financials  1. Drives for delivery against quality and cost standards agreed with the business;  2. Works closely with BD Team to ensure new bids in the business unit are planned and  3. coordinated and resourced effectively;  4. Develops people solutions that will delight customers to ensure that client can deliver highly competitive bids, with the aim being to maximise value to the client, to secure the growth of the business;\  5. Supports the transition and mobilisation of new contracts.  HR Service Delivery  1. Ensures the effective delivery of all HR services through all channels, in order to meet business requirements  2. Develops HR policies and processes to ensure that they meet the needs of the business area that they support.   3. Empowers people to take accountability for results. Takes on tough challenges requiring determination and sees them through to successful outcomes for the business.  4.
