About the Program:
A global, multi-industry organization is hiring high-potential HR professionals for its flagship fast-track HR leadership program.
This structured 24-month rotational journey includes:
- On-the-job HR capability building
- Cross-functional & business division rotations
- Leadership projects
- International exposure (business requirement based)
Post-program, candidates transition into a managerial HR role within Talent Management or HR Business Partnering, with a clear growth path toward future leadership positions.
Who Should Apply (Strict HR Criteria):
This opportunity is exclusively for HR professionals who meet all of the following:
Education:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from premier institutes (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.)
Experience:
- Total experience: 3 years 6 months to 5 years
- Minimum 2.5 years of post-MBA experience in Human Resources
- Candidates outside this range will not be considered.
HR Experience We Are Looking For:
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following HR domains:
- HR Business Partnering (HRBP): partnering with business teams, driving people processes, OD initiatives
- Talent Management: talent reviews, succession planning, talent identification, career pathways, performance processes
- DEI Strategy: exposure to DEI frameworks, standards, and strategic initiatives

- People Analytics & HR Data Interpretation
- New GenAI literacy for HR
- High result orientation
- Strong strategic thinking & business acumen
- High EQ and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
Possible Post-Program Roles:
1. Talent Management Role:
- Drive core talent management processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, career pathways, and talent identification. Focus on building future-ready, data-driven talent practices.
2. HR Business Partner Role:
- Act as a strategic people partner to business divisions driving culture, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability building. Support business success through strong HR expertise and people strategy execution.
