Role Overview:

The HR Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to support the company's growth and sustainability goals. This role requires a dynamic and visionary HR professional who can lead organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.

2. Talent Acquisition & Development

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in engineering, operations, and sustainability.

- Design and implement learning & development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.

- Build succession planning frameworks for critical roles.

3. Culture & Engagement

- Foster a purpose-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, town halls).

- Lead internal communications and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 14+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors preferred

- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
