We are retained by a leading B2B Saas Startup to hire an HR Lead who will oversee the entire HR for this well funded startup. This role will collaborate closely with the core leadership team to independently drive strategic HR initiatives, manage talent development, and implement human resources strategies that align with business objectives.
A large focus of the role will be to retain talent by ensuring proper talent engagement. This role prefers someone with strong B2B Saas background and someone who has seen 10-100 journey.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, Recruitment, and organisational development, coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Someone who understands the pain of startups in retaining good talent
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent
- Provide guidance on HR issues and identify training needs to enhance employee performance.
- Lead and setup all performance management, compensation, and recruitment efforts.
- Convert business requirements into actionable HR solutions.
- Lead and Integrate and promote organisational values across all levels.
- Keep stakeholders updated on significant organisational changes.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 12-15 yrs post MBA
- Strong expertise of leading HR with a small team
- Led HR for a B2B Saas startup; prior experience with an MNC
- Understanding organisational culture and hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
Please note the role is based in Chennai and needs someone with B2B Saas experience. Startup experience is non negotiable and its not a remote role.
