About the Client: Luxury retail Job Description: As the Head of HR, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing the organization's human capital strategy. You will oversee a range of HR functions, focusing on talent attraction, acquisition, retention, talent management, performance management, HR automation, & the formulation of strategic HR policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership: - Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational growth and compliance. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent. - Implement talent management strategies, including onboarding, career development, and succession planning. 3. Employee Relations: - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. 4.
