They provide a logistics platform that helps manage fleet operations.
Objective:
To establish foundational people processes, bring structure to performance management, act as the cultural and operational glue between leadership and teams, and serve as a People Champion across geographies.
Scope & Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement core people processes (performance reviews, OKRs, appraisals).
- Define and standardise hiring and onboarding processes.
- Introduce HR tools (e.g., Lattice) for OKRs and performance tracking.
- Create policies and frameworks (leave, comp, compliance, org structures).
- Act as a strategic HRBP and sounding board to the CEO for critical hires and team decisions.
- Partner closely with functional heads (Engineering, Product) to guide org design and role clarity.
- Over time, own payroll coordination, compensation hygiene, and functional budgeting.
- Ensure people clarity, accountability, and culture continuity across India, Nepal, and US.
Reporting:
- Directly to (CEO).
- Work closely with (Chief of Staff) and (Co-founder).
Location:
- India-based role (Bangalore preferred).
- Should be comfortable with late PST overlap, given US leadership hours.
