This role is suited for someone who can lead cultural transformation, implement scalable HR systems, and create a high-performance, people-centric environment. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans - Establish scalable policies, frameworks, and practices tailored to a high-growth environment - Work closely with senior leadership to drive long-term organizational effectiveness Culture & Employee Experience - Build and nurture a strong, inclusive, and people-first culture - Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and change management Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Lead end-to-end recruitment across business, technical, and leadership roles - Build succession planning frameworks and leadership development pipelines - Partner with business heads to anticipate and plan for talent needs HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements - Oversee POSH policy implementation and moonlighting governance - Use HR analytics to inform decisions, track trends, and measure the impact of people initiatives Performance Management & Learning - Design and roll out structured performance review processes and feedback mechanisms - Build learning and development programs to support team capability growth - Drive leadership coaching and career development initiatives across levels Ideal Candidate Profile - Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in strategic or leadership roles - Strong generalist exposure across HR domains including talent management, compliance, culture-building, and employee engagement - Experience in high-growth companies or startup environments is preferred - Hands-on execution combined with a strategic and problem-solving approach - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge leadership when necessary - Proven ability to design and scale HR systems and practices from the ground up
