The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in building organizational capabilities, strengthening leadership succession, advancing learning & development, enhancing employee engagement, and scaling people practices in fast-evolving, high-growth environments.

Role Requirements:

- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institution.

- 18 to 25 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5 to 8 years in senior leadership role.

- Strong exposure to real estate, infrastructure, construction, or allied project-driven industries, with experience managing large, distributed, and multi-functional workforces.

- Demonstrated expertise in organization design, talent strategy, and leadership succession planning.

- Deep experience in building leadership pipelines, capability development, and driving cultural transformation.

- Strong understanding of compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations.

- Proven ability to drive HR digitization and embed modern, scalable people practices.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with the Board, promoters, and senior leadership.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

- A proven change leader with a successful track record in high-growth, complex environments.
