Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Governance and Employee Relations professional for a senior role supporting workforce governance across Europe.
The position will work closely with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, Compliance and country leadership teams, with significant exposure to European employee consultation and governance frameworks.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage governance activities related to European Works Council (EWC) matters, including stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, records, action tracking and follow-through.
- Support employee consultation and negotiation-related activities in partnership with HR and Legal teams.
- Coordinate Europe-wide HR compliance and risk management, including country-level issues, policy adherence and working-time related matters.
- Maintain governance dashboards, risk trackers and management reports, ensuring timely escalation and closure of critical items.
- Analyse workforce and employee data to identify trends, key themes and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Prepare senior-management presentations, decision notes, meeting summaries and communication material.
- Work with multiple country HR teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, documentation and governance discipline.
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Governance, HR Compliance, Labour Relations or related areas.
- Prior exposure to European Works Council, employee consultation or European HR governance will be highly preferred.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed HR and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk tracking and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, reporting and data interpretation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with senior HR, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
