HR Generalist - US HR Operations

Location: Noida, India (Work from Office)

We are seeking an HR Generalist with hands-on experience supporting US employees and US HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of US labor laws, employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

- Partner with US leadership and business stakeholders on people-related initiatives and HR matters.

- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

- Drive employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.

- Manage compensation, benefits administration, payroll inputs, PTO tracking, and HR documentation.

- Identify process gaps and implement HR process improvements.

- Support end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Oversee office administration, facilities coordination, and employee workplace experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 3-5 years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or People Operations experience.

- Direct experience supporting US employees and US HR operations.

- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and employee relations practices.

- Experience handling performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.

- Experience with compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in the IT, Technology, SaaS, MSP, or Services industry.

Preferred HR Systems:

- Workday, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ADP, Rippling, or similar HR platforms.
