Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and other onboarding documents.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Policy Development & Compliance:
- Define, update, and implement company policies in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all policies are communicated effectively to employees.
3. Operational Support:
- Assist management and accounts teams with HR data and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
- Organize monthly team bonding activities to foster a positive work culture.
5. Salary Negotiation & Benefits Administration:
- Handle salary discussions with candidates and employees.
- Ensure competitive compensation packages are aligned with market standards.
6. Performance Management:
- Track and analyze employee performance metrics.
- Collaboration with the team leads to design performance improvement plans.
7. Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Contribute to long-term HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Innovate and optimize processes for recruitment, retention, and employee development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably with a technical background).
- Up to 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on technical recruitment and operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HR tools/software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech-based or startup environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Proven success in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
