Role Overview

- We are hiring a high-ownership HR Generalist to build and scale our people function in a fast-growing GenAI startup. This role owns Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Payroll, and works closely with founders and leadership.

- Experience across a 01 and/or 1100 startup journey is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and business roles

- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and closures

- Manage recruiters, agencies, and interview processes

HR Operations & Payroll

- Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit

- Manage monthly payroll, vendors, and statutory compliance

- Maintain HR documentation, audits, and HRMS systems

People & Culture

- Build and scale HR policies, SOPs, and people processes

- Drive engagement, performance cycles, and culture initiatives

- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers

What Were Looking For

- 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience in startups

- Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition + HR Ops + Payroll

- Experience in 01 or 1100 scaling environments

- High ownership, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
