Job Description - This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

It's a strategic HR Generalist role, to oversee key areas within the People function, including Performance Management, People Operations, HR Audits, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnering.

Client Details:

- The client is a new-age startup and a prominent global player.

- They are technology oriented and play in the infrastructure & services space.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

- Lead the development, communication, and execution of the organization's performance management framework, including goal setting, quarterly check-ins, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration processes.

- Collaborate closely with functional leaders to foster a culture of ongoing feedback and accountability.



- Leverage performance data to guide talent decisions such as development plans, promotions, and performance improvement initiatives.


People Operations:

- Manage essential HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, HRIS management, offboarding, and documentation.

- Enhance process efficiency and employee experience by implementing digitization, automation, and standard operating procedure alignment.



- Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all HR activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies.


Audit & Compliance:

- Lead regular internal HR audits covering documentation, POSH compliance, contract management, and policy adherence.

- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, facilitating timely submission of statutory reports and related documentation.



- Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to address audit findings and establish sustainable control mechanisms.


People Business Partnering:

- Serve as a strategic HR partner for designated functions or business units, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational design, talent reviews, and improving manager effectiveness.

- Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, talent development, and retention strategies.



- Champion culture-building initiatives aligned with the company's core values and business objectives.


Profile:

- 10-12 years of comprehensive HR experience encompassing HR Ops, Performance mgt, Business Partnering, and Compliance.

- In-depth understanding of Indian Labor Laws, HR Systems, and Performance mgt frameworks.



- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively across multiple functions.



- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven project management expertise.



- Experience managing Audits and expanding HR practices in fast-growing or multi-location organizations is highly desirable.
