About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our team.
The role is highly recruitment-driven, with a primary focus on hiring sales professionals in the pharma/medical device/medical equipment industry.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, policy execution, and driving performance & engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment, with emphasis on hiring sales professionals in pharma/medical devices/medical equipment.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Building talent pipelines for niche and critical roles.
KRA & KPA Formulation
- Designing & implementing KRAs/KPAs aligned with business objectives.
- Supporting sales managers in defining measurable performance metrics.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Executing HR policies and ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Assisting management in policy updates & effective communication.
Performance & Rewards Management
- Driving appraisal cycles with fair & timely evaluation.
- Designing sales incentive plans to motivate high performance.
- Supporting leadership in retention strategies.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Implementing engagement initiatives to ensure a positive, high-performance culture.
- Acting as the HR point of contact for the Baroda office.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience (with strong focus on recruitment for sales roles in pharma/medical device industry)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and performance management
- Ability to design KRAs, KPAs & incentive structures
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must hold a core HR degree
