Job Description : This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
It's a strategic HR Generalist role, to oversee key areas within the People function, including Performance Management, People Operations, HR Audits, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnering.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Lead the development, communication, and execution of the organization's performance management framework, including goal setting, quarterly check-ins, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration processes.
- Collaborate closely with functional leaders to foster a culture of ongoing feedback and accountability.
- Leverage performance data to guide talent decisions such as development plans, promotions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Enhance process efficiency and employee experience by implementing digitization, automation, and standard operating procedure alignment.
- Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all HR activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, facilitating timely submission of statutory reports and related documentation.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to address audit findings and establish sustainable control mechanisms.
- Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Champion culture-building initiatives aligned with the company's core values and business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of Indian Labor Laws, HR Systems, and Performance mgt frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively across multiple functions.- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven project management expertise.
- Experience managing Audits and expanding HR practices in fast-growing or multi-location organizations is highly desirable.
