About the Role: HR Generalist (Operations & Compliance Focus)
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage and streamline our core HR operations while supporting people initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in day-to-day HR processes, compliance, and documentation, while also contributing to culture and engagement as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations : Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Compliance & Policy Management : Ensure timely statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.) and maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee records.
- Employee Engagement & Culture : Drive engagement initiatives, employee feedback programs, and team events to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Performance & Data Management : Support performance appraisal cycles, maintain HR dashboards, and generate HR analytics reports.
- Recruitment Support : Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters for manpower planning and seamless onboarding.
- HRMS Administration : Maintain and update employee data across HRMS/ATS tools and ensure smooth adoption of HR tech processes.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Operations Specialist in a growing organization.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, and payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
