About the Role: We are urgently hiring a Male HR professional with 4+ years of experience to manage compliance, labour laws, and HR operations for our IT services organization in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- State & Central compliance management
- Labour laws, site & project HR handling
- Payroll, benefits, and policy drafting
- Employee relations and HR documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in IT/related industries
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
- Handson experience in payroll and HR policy drafting
- Kannada communication preferred
