HR Generalist (6 day working model)

We are hiring an HR Generalist for a reputed and fast-growing Indian insurance company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and drive core HR functions across talent management, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a point of contact for all HR-related queries within the business unit

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management

- Drive employee engagement initiatives

- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance

- Handle grievance management and disciplinary procedures

- Partner with recruitment teams to fulfill manpower requirements

- Manage HR MIS, reports, and data analytics

Skills & Other Details:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role

- Working Days: 6-day working model
