Role Overview:
This is a hybrid HR role blending:
- Hands-on recruitment across Product, Tech, Sales, and Business functions, and
- Strategic HRBP responsibilities for a rapidly scaling organization.
- We are looking for a softspoken, structured, high-ownership HR professional who thrives in early-stage environments and can build systems that scale. The ideal candidate avoids heavy corporate HR style and prefers agile, 01 problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (50%):
- Lead end-to-end hiring across Product, Technology, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
- Build strong pipelines for consumer-tech and product hiring, including niche tech and digital commerce roles.
2. HR Business Partnering (50%):
Performance Management:
- Manage annual and mid-year performance cycles.
- Support goal setting, OKR alignment, and calibration with founders and function heads.
- Enable measurable, agile performance practices suited for early-stage teams.
Attrition & Workforce Planning:
- Build and manage dashboards for 606090 day performance and ramp-up success.
- Analyze sales attrition, early exits, and productivity trends.
- Create actionable interventionsrole redesign, capability building, hiring tweaks, manager coaching.
Culture & Engagement:
- Shape a high-growth, consumer-brand-first culture.
- Establish communication rituals, pulse mechanisms, and founder connects.
- Convert insights into structured organizational actions.
People Operations:
- Streamline onboarding across tech, product, and sales teams.
- Build lightweight policies suited for a startup environment.
- Drive HR operations including employee lifecycle, grievance handling, and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years across TA + HRBP in consumer-tech, ecommerce, D2C, or fast-scaling product-led environments.
- Strong experience in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Design).
- Exposure to building teams in rapidly scaling, high-velocity environments.
- Eg: Minimalist, SUGAR Cosmetics, Mamaearth, Plum Goodness, Agilitas, Rebel Foods, or D2C/high-growth
