Job Description:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in tech, product, and customer support, translating business goals into actionable people strategies.
- Program Design & Implementation: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to co-design and implement organization-wide HR programs, including capability frameworks, leadership development, and D&I initiatives.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Drive employee engagement listening sessions, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
- Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance enablement cycles, develop high-potential talent, and collaborate on learning and development interventions.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance: Partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and consistent application of HR policies.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experienced HR Professional: 2 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role or leading the HR function within a high-growth tech startup or product company.
- Tech-Focused Partnership: Demonstrated ability to support and partner effectively with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, comfortable using tools like Excel, dashboards, or survey platforms to derive insights and drive decision-making.
- Collaborative Leader: High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to potentially lead a small team.
- Adaptable & Knowledgeable: A solid understanding of relevant employment laws and HR practices, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities. Global exposure is a plus.
