A very progressive organization, they are looking to an HR Professional to their team in Delhi.  Reporting into the Head HR, this is a Pan India role and your responsibilities will include :  - Working closely with the Head HR on organization wide projects  - Working on innovative methodologies on re-looking at compensation structures  - Advise on C&B and Total Rewards for repatriating candidates  - Innovation on employee engagement initiatives for different kinds of employees across different levels in the organization  - Employer branding for campus program  - Talent Management - work closely with the Head HR on succession plans and identification of critical roles  The Successful Applicant :  You will come with 1-4 years of experience from a Tier 1 business school with a Full time MBA in HR. This is a prerequisite for this role. You will come with specific exposure to C&B and with a proven track record of having taken on additional projects. A flexible mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are key quality traits essential to be successful in this role.
