We're seeking a HR Generalist to actively contribute to an exciting time of growth and development for one of our client which is a exciting Health and wellness platform.   - This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for someone who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges and autonomy.   Roles and responsibilities will be (but not limited to) :   - Recruitment, onboarding & Induction plans   - Employee orientation, development, identifying training needs on a continuous basis and fulfilling the same, with a feedback and review mechanism   - Organization development, policy development and documentation   - Providing continuous support to all the teams with respect to their needs and enabling each team to perform at their optimum capacity.   - Design and lead initiatives in relation to employee engagement and wellness.   - Suggest improvements in the existing PMS and Onboarding Program to suit the changing business needs.   - Partner with the business to identify and address performance concerns on a continuous basis.   - Managing outsourced staff and their vendors   - Company employee communication   - Organizational and space planning   - Employment Laws and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting   - People Skills, Conflict management, Employee relations, counselling, company-wide committee facilitation   - Compensation and benefits administration   - Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health   To be successful in this role, you will have :   - Strong hands-on HR generalist experience and understanding or appreciation of the startup culture   - Be a people person and pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business   - Oodles of passion, drive and energy to match that of the team!   - Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment with changing requirements/processes   - Possess the ability to influence people and be focused towards employee satisfaction   - Ensuring end to end success of Bi-annual appraisals in line with the existing framework.
