HR Generalist

The opportunity to master the art of rewards!

We are seeking a HR professional who views data as a narrative for employee success. Beyond the spreadsheets, you understand that competitive compensation, comprehensive wellness, and strategic incentives are the catalysts for peak performance. If you possess the analytical rigor to manage complex data and the empathy to prioritize the human element behind every figure, we invite you to lead our rewards strategy

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Compensation Strategy and Benchmarking:

- Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to ensure our pay remains competitive.

- Design and maintain salary structures, including pay grades, ranges, and incentive programs.

- Act as the primary liaison between HR and Finance, managing monthly payroll inputs and ensuring 100% accuracy in disbursements. Proficiency in payroll automation tools such as greytR or Keka is essential for maintaining seamless execution.

2. Benefits & Employee Wellness:

- Manage the end-to-end administration of healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.

- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure our perks (like our free cafeteria) remain top-tier.

- Administer leave policies and educate the team on their total rewards package.

3. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management:

- Manage the employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding of new hires to conducting insightful exit interviews.

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payroll, and workplace grievances.

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is "audit-ready" at all times.

4. Performance & Talent Management:

- Support managers in identifying training needs and implementing professional development programs.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with our "People. Product. Profit" motto.

5. Compliance, Analytics & Reporting:

- Ensure all programs comply with local labor laws, statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT), and tax regulations.

- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, compa-ratios, etc.) to help leadership make data-driven decisions.

- Conduct internal audits to ensure pay equity and data integrity across the HRIS.

If you are looking to apply, that must mean you:

- Are a graduate in HR, Finance, Mathematics, or a related technical/non-technical field.

- Possess a high level of mathematical and analytical ability.

- Have a "people-friendly" personality with the empathy to handle sensitive pay discussions.

- Are obsessed with detail and data accuracy.
