Role Overview

A globally renowned international electronics brand, known for its cutting-edge gimbal and camera technology, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and strengthen its India operations.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience in smart electronics or technology-driven organizations, who can manage end-to-end HR operations while working closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management


- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, exits, documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.


- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with global standards.


- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data.


Policy, Compliance & Labour Law Adherence


- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.


- Support audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.


- Update HR policies and practices in line with local regulations and global HR frameworks.


Talent Support & Employee Engagement


- Support hiring activities in collaboration with recruitment teams.


- Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication, and internal HR programs.


- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.


Performance Management & HR Programs


- Support performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.


- Assist in rolling out learning, development, and talent initiatives.


- Coordinate rewards, recognition, and employee wellness programs.


Stakeholder & Global Collaboration


- Work closely with India leadership and global HR teams.


- Act as a bridge between local employees and global headquarters.


- Support cross-cultural HR initiatives and global best practices.

- Efficiency and accuracy of HR operations


- Compliance adherence and audit readiness


- Employee engagement and satisfaction levels


- Timely closure of HR requests and grievances


- Alignment with global HR policies and processes


Ideal Candidate Profile:


Must-Have


- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist


- Prior experience in a smart electronics / consumer electronics / technology company


- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and Indian labour laws


- Experience working in fast-paced, global or multinational environments


Good-to-Have


- Exposure to APAC or global HR coordination


- Experience supporting R&D, sales, or tech-driven teams


- Familiarity with HRIS and digital HR tools
