Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: VP HR

Role Summary

The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end HR operations, supporting employees and management across the employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, smooth HR processes, and positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts

- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires

- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle


- Manage employee records, personal files, and HR documentation


- Handle attendance, leave, and shift coordination through HRMS

- Issue appointment letters, confirmations, increment letters, and exit documentation

- Support full & final settlement processing

Payroll Support

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, incentives, deductions)

- Support PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS inputs

- Address employee payroll queries

Statutory Compliance

- Assist in PF & ESIC enrolments, UAN generation, and monthly filings

- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation

- Support audits and labour department inspections

Employee Relations

- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner

- Support disciplinary actions, PIP documentation, and policy adherence

- Ensure POSH, Code of Conduct, and HR policy compliance

HRMS & MIS

- Ensure accurate employee data entry and updates in HRMS

- Generate monthly HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status)

- Support HR dashboards and reporting

Engagement & Culture

- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication

- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and employee initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong coordination and documentation abilities

- Working knowledge of labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (KEKA preferred)

- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism

Qualification & Experience

- MBA in HR with 2 + years of experience as an HR Generalist / Executive
