About the Role:
This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions from onboarding and employee engagement to performance management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications.
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee data with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for monthly inputs.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data insights for internal use.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR function.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office; HRMS experience preferred.
