WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own hiring velocity: Close top ICs and managers in 30 days or less; build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Design onboarding that works: 1week, 1month, 3month milestones with real feedback loops.
- Early weed outs: Spot poor fits within 1 to 3 months and act fast.
- Growth paths: Define and track career ladders; coach managers on how to enable them.
- OKR alignment: Ensure every team member knows their outcomes and gets regular retros.
- Culture building: Seed collaboration, safety, excitement, and trust.
- People Ops backbone: Offers, payroll, policies, compliance, Zoho Books, HRMSrun them clean.
- Strategic prep: Org design, ESOP benchmarking, international hiringstart laying foundations now.
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 3 to 7 years in HR/People Ops/Generalist roles in high growth environments.
- Are people first and outcome first balancing empathy with execution.
- Are high agency, detail oriented, and process savvy.
- Communicate clearly, run structured meetings, and coach others toward outcomes.
