Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, specifically for infrastructure-related roles (engineering, operations, logistics, etc.)

- Maintain HR records and handle employee life cycle processes including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits

- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws applicable to the infrastructure industry

- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processing

- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution across functions

- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and performance management reviews

- Coordinate training and development programs based on operational needs

- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field

- 46 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an infrastructure, construction, or project-based organization

- Strong knowledge of infra-specific recruitment processes and compliance norms

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office
