About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. This role is pivotal in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex HR datasets to uncover trends and patterns in workforce metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and diversity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fusion HCM tools to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and senior leadership to understand data needs and deliver insights aligned with business goals.
- Perform data audits and quality checks to ensure integrity and accuracy across multiple HR systems.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel functions (including VBA/macros) to query and manipulate data from various sources.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs for HR programs and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in an HR analytics or data analyst role with a strong focus on human capital data.
- Demonstrated experience working with Fusion HCM for HR reporting and dashboards.
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization, storytelling, and executive reporting.
- Strong command of Excel, including advanced functions, VBA, and macros.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Deep understanding of core HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce analytics best practices.
