
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales (Bulk Hiring)
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in bulk hiring for sales roles.
The ideal candidate will manage high-volume recruitment cycles, partner closely with business stakeholders, and ensure efficient and quality-driven hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Execute bulk/volume hiring drives, walk-ins, job fairs, campus recruitment, and mass outreach activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, field sourcing, databases).
- Work closely with sales leaders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews; evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring events, assessment days, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Track and report hiring metrics, including TAT, source effectiveness, volume targets, and hiring funnel performance.
- Maintain strong employer branding and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in volume hiring, preferably for sales or frontline roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, social platforms, and offline channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume hiring cycles with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment performance dashboards.
- Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience in BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or similar high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven track record of achieving weekly/monthly hiring targets.
