The desired candidate should have a complete understanding of the Human Resources function, strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose business/people issues based on client interactions and available data. The role would be require functionality in different areas of HR, including and not limited to: - organisation design - competency mapping - designing performance management systems - HR policy &amp; process design - talent development, assessment, and selection methods - employee engagement - helping clients strengthen their employer brand Desired Background A postgraduate in HR with 4-6 years- work experience, with at least 2 years- experience in HR managerial role. It is imperative that the candidate has hands-on exposure in operational HR covering almost all areas of the employee lifecycle.
