Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (US HRBP) to support our US-focused operations for which the candidate must have US HR Experience. This role will work closely with business leaders and clients to drive HR initiatives, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure adherence to US employment laws and best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in US HR operations along with a business-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with US business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for employees supporting US clients
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations (FLSA, EEOC, ADA, etc.)
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to hire and onboard talent for US CPA firms and staffing requirements
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives for distributed teams
- Support compensation benchmarking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration aligned with US standards
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence to best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to US HRBP or US HR operations
- Solid understanding of US employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience working with US clients, CPA firms, or staffing environments is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, taxation, or staffing/outsourcing industry
- Familiarity with US HRIS tools and HR analytics
- Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams
Work Details:
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Shift Timing: US Shift (4:00 PM 12:00 AM IST)
- Location: Remote (India-based, supporting US operations)
