Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner focused on our Technology teams in Bangalore, you will be a strategic partner, working closely with engineering leaders and their teams to drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives. You'll be deeply involved in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your efforts will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and the overall success of our technology organization, ultimately contributing to the development of innovative products and solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with technology leaders to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies that align with those goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, compensation, employee relations, and career development.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs, to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development, to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to influence and coach managers and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 4-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting technology teams.
