Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.
- Partner with leadership to address organizational development and culture initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Analyze HR metrics and present insights to guide decision-making.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify training needs and develop career progression frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support leadership in driving change management initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in Tech/SaaS or internet-based companies.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to IT/Tech or SaaS-based organizations.
- Experience working with HRMS, ATS, and data-driven decision-making tools.
